I'm working from home and the company I work for has recently transferred to 3CX phone system. I'm being told by our I.T. department that the reason my VOIP phone connection isn't working at home could be because I need to change some settings on my router. I'm on the Hub 4 and slightly technical when it comes to this kind of stuff but could do with s step by step guide of what settings I could change to get this internet phone system working.
Your IT dept. needs to tell you what needs changing so you can make the changes
