I had before hub 3 and I upgraded to hub 5, now my virginmedia connect can’t link with the new hub. So please someone can help me how link. Because my virgin media connect is still linked with the old one

Try logging out of the app, deleting the app data and then log into the app again.
Also be aware that there is an ongoing fault that is causing problems with some accounts where the Connect App doesn't recognise the Hub. This generally resolves after a day or so.
