Virginmedia Outage ?

Yesterday Virginmedia acknowledged an outage that they were working on 9th June 2023. All came back eventually. However, it has gone down again and I have a RED light on my Hub 5.

I was in disbelief that Virginmedia is now CLOSED ! and so I cant get any help with undertanding what is happening and when I will get my Gig1 Fibre service back.

Anybody else having an outage ?  Guildford, Surrey Exchange.

Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

problem is being worked on and expected return of services is 03:00 Sunday 11th June
