VirginMedia Connect App issue

Hi, I have recently had Virgin Media installed and I have an issue with the Connect App.

A “We can’t find your hub” message is displayed.

I have a Hub 4 and have already tried the following:

1) Deleted and reinstalled App

2) Checked connection from device to router - All fine

3) Restarted Router 

4) Reset Router

5) Checked iOS settings on iPhone (no VPN or hidden connection)

6) Tried connecting from a different device 

7) Cycled through installation in App several times.

Please could someone confirm how this can be resolved?

All devices are connected without issue, it is only this app that I have a problem with.

The VM Connect app connection issues yet again.

The link below is handy for confirming iPhone VPNs and IP hiding tools are off - the ISP should be listed as Virgin Media.

Is it much easier to connect to the Hub at http://192.168.0.1

The Hub's menu password is on a stick on label that may be on the bottom,

Note - The Hub's menu password differs from the WiFi password.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your connect app. 

Do you have a screenshot of the error you're getting on the screen?
