Hi, I have recently had Virgin Media installed and I have an issue with the Connect App.
A “We can’t find your hub” message is displayed.
I have a Hub 4 and have already tried the following:
1) Deleted and reinstalled App
2) Checked connection from device to router - All fine
3) Restarted Router
4) Reset Router
5) Checked iOS settings on iPhone (no VPN or hidden connection)
6) Tried connecting from a different device
7) Cycled through installation in App several times.
Please could someone confirm how this can be resolved?
All devices are connected without issue, it is only this app that I have a problem with.
