Can anyone explain to me why virgin media customer services are so shocking! Yet again all my services - phone/broadband/tv are not working, seems to be a daily occurrence and always after 9am in a time when people are working form home. With no communication whatsoever from virgin to adevise there would be no services, the government are asking people to work from home and virgin behaviour in this way! And then trying to speak to customer services, on hold for 59mins and then they cut me off. And to think I pay a significant amount of money each month for the privilege of a these so called services!
My question is why is it virgin does to communicate to its customers about what they are doing and and outages, to get a recorded message based on you postcode when you call which says ‘we’re upgrading your services ‘ really.........
