Virgin media down again.....

This is getting absolutely ridiculous 4 night in a now where the Internet has gone out this has been happening for over a month and I've received zero support other than try a pin hole reset well guess what? That DOESN'T work.

This year virgin media has been and absolute joke of a provider and if anyone is reading this that is considering going with VM DON'T you will receive absolutely no support and they go down more often than they are up.

Regardless what other service check you may have used , call 0800 651 0061 to check for a fault in your street.  

Post some details of the type of Hub and the lights displayed on the front panel.

Also what is the status of the Hub seen from the menu at http://192.168.0.1/
