I’ve just had a hub 4 installed but it won’t connect to Virgin Media Connect app. I’ve tried resetting the hub and deleting the app etc, but no luck.
It just says unsupported modem unable to connect.
Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

Rebooting the Hub will not help.
Clear all the data from the Virgin Media Connect app & re-install it.

Have you been able to try the suggestion from Client62 to see if that resolves the situation?
