Virgin media connect app unable to find hub 3

The old connect app used to work well, but seems to have been updated a month ago.  The new version can't connect with my hub. So far I've stopped VPN, switched mobile data off, removed the app and reinstalled, and reset the hub. Nothing makes any difference.  Just bought a virgin media pod on eBay as WiFi downstairs was poor, but without the connect app I can't even check easily if it's making a difference.



Forget the VM Connect app, you have a very different issue.

VM Pods are locked down and can not be reconfigured by the end user to work with a different Hub.

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first post.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Connect app as well as your WiFi pods. As mentioned by @Client62, the pods can not be reconfigured to work with another hb as they are assigned. Can you let me know the error message you get on the app when trying to connect with the hub? Have you tried the app on a different device?
