Virgin media connect app Says my account isn't set up to use home broadband

But it is! I wanted to run diagnosistics as I'm getting intermittent dropouts and have no idea what's going on? My contract is valid til minimum Jan 2022!

You'll need to log out and then log back in it done the same for me as well.
