Virgin internet speeds

Hi i have the 264gb package whenever i test my download speed's i get the guaranteed speed ,whenever i try to download a game or something it maxes out around 11gb . Im missing some fine print in the contract or they just rubbish?

How are you downloading and on what device?  Where are the downloaded files located?

When I download games, it can be at full speed or not.  It all depends on where the files are and how they are released by the supplier.  It could be throttled at the other end, and quite often is.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. I'm assuming you mean the 264mb connection not 264gb. Have you been able too run a speed test using the link that Adduxi provided?

If we're being pedantic it's actually 264 Mbps.
