Virgin hub 3 no broadband

Evening all

Earlier this evening my broadband went down and the hub 3 was showing a solid green wifi symbol and flashing green base light.

I have done the service status test and nothing comes back from virgins side. I have booked in an engineer for Wednesday which is 4 days with no internet. 

I reset the hub and checked all connections to know avail.

Any ideas if this can be resolved without a visit?

Depends what the issue is.

If it’s an area issue then the engineer will get cancelled.
