For the last year every time I watch netflix, bbc iplayer, anything on demand etc I get part way through the programme before it stops and a message comes up to say 'show temporarily unavailable'
When I run a network connection test it says ethernet not connected. Have done all the usual rebooting, resetting, unplugging etc and it hasn't helped at all. Have also been through endless VM trouble shooting to no avail.
I'm so fed up of paying for this shocking service and thinking about switching.
Any ideas how to resolve? Tried calling VM and was on hold for most of the day.
