I am thinking of leaving Virgin, I’ve been in touch with them as my internet is always intermittent. So I have a Wi-Fi extension, they told me I can have up to 3 ( this is a big house) but I need to use the connect app to check where the black spots are in my house before they will send me anymore! I can’t even get into the connect to try it. It’s just 2 black spots spinning all the time. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it about 5 times and still no joy. Why am I paying for this rubbish? And it’s going up again! Someone please tell me why I can’t get this stupid app to work?

If you feel so badly about the service cancelling would be better than getting on the hook for even more VM kit !

The VM Connect app is very flaky, so much so I ditched it and lost nothing but its spurious Hub stats.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your Wireless connection. 

To confirm, have you had an engineer out at any point regarding this?

If so, what have they advised?
