Thanks for posting in regards to the Connect App and issues experienced, we appreciate you letting us know via the forums.
Can you elaborate on the problems? What are you trying to do via the app? What happens when you try to do this?
As jbrennand has advised, the majority of things can be completed via the Hub settings, you can access these via any browser by typing 192.168.0.1 and typing in the settings password from the sticker when asked.
