Virgin connect won’t stay connected to hub

Help! Every couple of days I have to reset the App. Connects for a while, sorts out hotspots, then says it can’t find the hub or anything connected to the hub. Very infuriating!

Is making the WiFi signal really unstable.

Should I just give up on it?

The connect app has no control over the WiFi signal.

Unless you’re using it for hotspot access when out and about there’s no compelling reason to have it installed.
