Virgin connect not pausing devices

Hi,

 

Connect app not pausing devices even when it says its paused and when you go to unpause the device its says Ooooooops somethings wrong! I've rebooted the hub, reset it as well, including unstalling the app numerous times before asking!

It does not work reliably & if you get to the opposite position of not being able to resume a device that too is menace.

Might be a lot safer to forget / delete the WiFi profile from the device.
