New account holder but had virgin couple of years ago. Trying to set up virgin connect etc and it says put in email you set up when opening account. Do that and it says sorry to see you go. 😕 any ideas

Try private / incognito mode in your browser otherwise the VM forum team may need to merge your records etc.
