Virgin connect app

Hi please help. My virgin media connect app keeps saying someone else is logged into my hub. Nobody else is and it works for a short while if I reset hub manually but I need a permanent fix please

Hi Paulmil74,

That's a known fault with the VM Connect app.

You can try clearing the app cache, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or as you've already noticed reset the router. However non of these are permanent solutions.
