Virgin connect app problems

The virgin connect app still thinks I have the hub 3 when I now have Hub4 due to upgrade to Gig1. It's still showing old details of router on app, is there any way of getting this updated so app shows hub 4 and my router login details?

The Hub 4 doesn't currently work with the Connect app management features.

You'll need to use the Admin web page to manage your Hub.
