Virgin connect app not showing active devices

I used to be able to go onto the virgin media connect app and pause individual devices from using the WiFi in the house.

I open the app today and select the broadband icon and it says I have no access to virgin media home broadband?

I even selected my own WiFi secure hot spot and still no connection?

It seems with the upgrade of accessing hot spots that my own home broadband isn't available as standard?

Anyone else having this problem?

If I can't pause devices it will be hell in my house!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Connect app?

(It's flakier than a dandruff convention to be honest)

In honesty - if you want that level of control over devices - I'd think about getting my own wireless kit - I got the Archer c7 (TP-Link) been very impressed with it! Much better range and control than the Hub 3!

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your connect app. We can understand the concern if this issue is not resolved and we want to do our best to assist.

 

 As mentioned by @lotharmat have you tried reinstalling the app to see if the issue persists? Also what device are you using to access the app? Have you tried this on a different device to see if the issue persists?
