Virgin connect app not connecting to Hub 5

Hub 5 not being found on Virgin Connect App ??

Will connect to my dads Hub 5 ok but can not find mine when doing a fresh install ??

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies you're having issues with the app.

I've checked and an IT ticket was raised for you. Can you do a reboot of your router for me and re-try downloading/using the app for me? Also try a different device as well.

Unsure whats happened but been away for a few days with everything switched off , came back today and all seems to be working now 🙂
