Can you let me know when Virgin Media app will be updated and work with Hub 4. I just upgraded to Hub 4 and realised that I can't use the app anymore. I use the app to control user access. This is a crucial function that those who have young children at home can understand.
Please let me know the app will be updated to make it compatible with Hub 4.
There have been no announcements from VM as to when, if ever, the VM connect app will be updated to work with the Hub4. These decisions are always kept secret and will only become known when/if it happens.
