Virgin Superhub 2 issue

I want to look at my Super Hup 2 setting.

I have entered my Superhub 2 web address  192.168.0.1

This has taken me to the welcome to your Virgin Super Hub 2  page and is asking me to enter my Super hub 2 password which can be found on the bottom of my Super hub.

The password on the bottom of my Hub is changeme.

When I enter this password it says its the password is incorrect.

Can anyone help ??

Have you logged in before (years ago!) and changed the password? In any case to reset it to changme do a pinhole reset on the SH2.

If you are trying on a wifi connection - try on an ethernet one (or vica versa) and try different devices and alternate browsers

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
