Re: Virgin Media rolls out Intelligent WiFi Plus

Worth doing is subjective as to whether or not you're experiencing issues with WiFi coverage and if you're willing to pay an additional £5 per month to try.

Re: Virgin Media rolls out Intelligent WiFi Plus

No, impossible to get in touch with them, two hours on hold transferred to the team dealing with this, no reply, message advised to use the text service.

Text service came back 72 hours later, 4 hours of back and forth to be told text service cannot deal with request for the new wifi pods because I have a VM booster despite the website saying they can be exchanged.

Don't launch a product if you cannot deliver

Oh well in that case no I wouldn’t bother. As always, get your own better networking equipment you can actually keep.

Re: Virgin Media rolls out Intelligent WiFi Plus

If you go to this page https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/broadband/intelligent-wifi-pods-new

there's an option to log in if you're already a customer, but when I sign in it says the offer is not available to me, even though I'm on Ultimate Oomph and should be able to get it for free.

Has anyone managed to get these through the website?

Thanks
