Virgin Media WiFi pods

Hi

I need some assistance I recently changed my Virgin Media Hub four and now my WiFi pods are constantly flashing white

I can't get any help on the telephone by Customrr Services Is there anybody who can remotely reset or make my WiFi pods work with my replacement WiFi router?

May I ask which WiFi pods you are using?

It's the original white WiFi pods?

And they aren't establishing a connection with my Virgin HUB Four since I had a replacement WiFi router?

So my understanding is with the Hub 4 you need the pods that look like a 50p, not the rectangular ones.

Sorry to hear the pods are still not working and have the fading light.

I can look into this for you. 
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
