Thanks for posting in regards to your recent speed upgrade to 1 Gig via the Volt benefits. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.
We're happy to advise that both the Hub 4 and Hub 5 are capable of the 1 Gig speeds, if you were advised you would get a Hub 5 in the original order we were having some supply issue which have now been resolved and are contacting customers regarding swapping the Hub.
If not, as the Hub 4 is capable of the speeds we wouldn't swap this for you.
