Has anybody had this pop up on the IOS app? I’m trying to watch a film that I downloaded. About 2 hours in and prevented from watching any further due to this error/.

Would you be able to check if this issue also occurs when you use TVGo on any other device (i.e. a laptop or tablet)? I can then look into this further for you.
