Virgin Media Connect app will not connect to hub3

just come back off holiday and it seems that the My Virgin Connect app has upgraded?????  Now it won’t recognise or connect to my hub 3 or recognise my broadband at all.    What’s the use of an upgrade if it dosent work!??

What error are you getting or is it showing?

Also have you tried to delete the app and reinstall it? 

I would also make sure your phone is fully updated to match the app latest software.
