Virgin Media Connect app not giving me the option to get wifi pods

I've used the Virgin Media Connect app and getting under 20Mbps in some rooms, I also get disconnects in some rooms where the signal is too weak so I cannot complete a scan. Even though I've had these bad results there is no option to order any wifi pods, has that feature been removed?

Sorry to see you have been unable to order the pods via the Connect app, it certainly is strange that this has not worked for you. Have you signed up to WIFI Max as recommended here to order the pod or do you not have this option?
