I have just upgraded my iPhone. I previously had the wifi configuration profile set up on my old phone, and it hasn't been transferred as part of the upgrade. However, I cannot set up the configuration profile again with the virgin media connect app is it just flashes up with an error message that says "Unable to use this profile address". It shows for a fraction of a second and then disappears.
This is a deeply frustrating user experience and means I can't connect to wifi hotspots.
The app seems to think that the profile is already installed but cannot install it again. It certainly doesn't show in the iPhone settings.
