Virgin Media Connect App not connecting to Hub 3

I have connected Hub 3  I am able to connect to WiFi. After the activation I have installed virgin media connect  app but it is keep installing the hub 3 for long time and then failed with message “We can’t find your hub”. I have tried all the stuff everyone's done still nothing. found no solution yet, so still looking

From your mobile phone can you reach the admin menu of your Hub 3 at : http://192.168.0.1/  ?

cheers but how will that help with WIFI signal strength in another room, that's what l want it for, so see if l do need pods, as I've always had problems when with other providers

If you can't reach the menu of the VM Hub - the VM Connect app can not work.

Any Wi-Fi analyser app will reveal the signal strength.
Any internet speed test will show the speed.

We skipped the VM Pods, locked down networks are no use to us.
