Virgin M100 dropping out every 2 min

Hi

I just upgraded to Virginia fibre M100. Great speeds in excess of 100Mb/s.

However it drops connection every 2-5 minutes. Only for a few seconds.

This even happens when connected directly to the router via a cable. Therefore this is not a WiFi issue.

Called customer services and done modem resets several times now. They report no problems on the network.

Anyone have any ideas?
