Virgin Hub 5, red flashing light

Just joined and setup the new hub but it just flashes red. All the help says something about a telephone but I don’t have one so don’t know how to proceed. All the white cable is probably screwed in. Any help would be great.

Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500\

If that fails:

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
