Virgin Hub 3.0 stuck on red light

Hi all, 


I've had my virgin hub 3.0 (the white one) for quite a while now, and I've noticed that it has been stuck on the red light for a long long time now even though I can still contact. I have sporadically restarted it by switching it off and waiting a few mins before turning it back on, but it's still stuck on the red light constantly and it's quite warm to the touch even though it's well ventilated.


I'm worried that I might have some faulty equipment going on here.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear of the red light on the router. I have done a system check and can see you've contacted the team since posting and we're sending a technician round to check things/replace hub if needs be.
