Virgin Hub 3.0 setting

I want to change the settings in my Virgin Hub 3.0 and every time i put the settings password, I keep getting this message about 'there is somebody else logged in, only one user at a time' 

Is there any way of fixing this because i have reset my router, clearly my browser history and still the same message??

If you got the VM app on a phone then uninstall it then reset the hub.

Just reset the hub then, press the reset button and hold it down for 60 seconds then release.
