I have a problem with the Virgin Connect App it does not find my Hub 4. My phone is an iPhone 14 Pro anyone any ideas. I have uninstalled & re installed app but eventually it just says cannot find your hub.

Make sure that Apple VPN / Private Relay tools are disabled.
The VM Connect app is very flaky, don't reboot the Hub, the Hub is not the problem.
Try again in a few days.
