Ok so moved into a new house and 200mb broadband is horribly slow.
We have had a Virgin intelligent WiFi pod sent out, connected it on the middle floor - BUT now when we scan for black spots using the Connect App we get an error message stating
“it looks like you are connected to your home network via an unrecognised access point. Please connect to a Hub or a booster”.
I can only assume this is because I am now primarily connect to the WIFI pod - how the hell can it not be recognised? It’s Virgin kit that they’ve sent me. so frustrating.......
