Tried searching for guidance on our Virgin Boosters. I can see feedback that the boosters need pairing when they flash red, but ours are showing red permanently. Anybody else get this and know what this means? Our wireless signal is poor though the boosters are showing on the Connect App, albeit advising to order more boosters when we already have 2.
No an “upgrade” to a Hub4 certainly wouldn’t help.
You’d need to get an electrician to check your wiring.
