Virgin Booster issue

Okay so, received 2 boosters large & small as getting WiFi blackspots upstairs. Installed them all fine. Okay last night, this morning, no WiFi on iPad, PS4, Nintendo. Restarted hub 3 times. Seemed ok paired iPad again. Now am upstairs & currently having to use 4G on my phone, as it says I have no internet connection on my VM address? I don’t know what to do or what’s going on. My son is in his bedroom next door & is in the same position as me!

Meant to say booster is outside the door of the room I’m in as well!

If you disconnect the boosters are you able to connect?
