Very slow upload speed

Hi,

I have a Hub 3.0 and the upload speed has been very bad over the past few days. Im on the M200 package. My PC is wired directly to the hub. Am getting around 180Mbps download and 0.1Mbps upload. This makes the internet access unusable even with basic browsing let alone working from home. Calling the support line the automated message notes there is an issue and will be fixed but the website page that notes no issues for internet access for my area. The Hub has been rebooted numerous times but upload speed does not improve much. Maybe up to 0.3Mbps. No loose cabling inside or outside the house. I have set BQM monitoring off.

I have tried to attach all the router stats from the Hub but all the characters exceed message post limit. Which is required for troubleshooting ?

Thanks.

Split the data into multiple posts, and click post twice if you get a generic 'HTML' error.

Re: Very slow upload speed

As Gary states the stats look ok although there are a large number 'Pre RS Errors' that your HUB has to correct, which can slow things down.

Re: Very slow upload speed

Hi,

Thanks for the quick replies. The Hub was rebooted around 10.40am this morning. Also I should have said I have set BQM monitoring on for the past few hours. Will leave it running

Terrible BQM. You certainly have an issue with your line, or an issue in your area.
