Very slow download speed and consistent, large spikes in ping

6 people total are using this router. When doing speed tests we seem to get around 10-40Mbps download speed. Large spikes in ping also making voice calls/video calls impossible to do.

I don't believe anyone has an ethernet cable to test this with unfortunately.

Virgin do not guarantee wireless speeds or connectivity.

Unless you can run a wired test then there’s not much more can be done.

Alright it turns out we do have an ethernet cable. Speed test resulted in 13.52Mbps download and 20.55Mbps upload.
