My broadband has become very slow since days ago, and even lost the connection for a while.
After the test, I got the result as shown in the figure below. Most of us in lockdown works at home, but this network makes me unable to work at all. I cannot complete my tasks, participate in meetings and share screens to share my work results.
I never imagined that maybe one day I would lose my job due to broadband.
I tried all the methods on the website, but none of them worked. 0345 454 1111 is always busy and cannot be connected. Can someone tell me how to get help.
