VPN Throttle

Working from home this week and all of a sudden it's extremely laggy. Impossible to use.

I connect to my work PC via a VPN.

Due to COVID I'm meant to work from home if I can. Is Virgin throttling? My company is claiming all people on Virgin are struggling

I've had to come into work today as lost all yesterday and need to catch up.

Re: VPN Throttle

No, they don't throttle.

What exactly is the issue? What is laggy?

Can you prove that for fact ?

Read the forums. And their traffic management policy.

Re: VPN Throttle

We have 30 - 40 staff working from. Me being one of them. All of them on VM have reported issues. The rest had zero issues except one who was on EE which threw me a little.

The information came from our company's ISP as we were rattling our brains to find a solution.

I've since been informed that whatever was causing it has been fixed. as all those still at home have said it is ok now. I will confirm once I get home this afternoon
