In the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to connect my work laptop to the work VPN.
I have tried all options through work IT with no luck.
I tried to call virgin, who put me onto the gadget support team. Apparently I have to pay a fee not only to fix the issue, but to even conform the issue is on there end.
Has anybody else had this experience? If this is the case I'd sooner leave virgin that pay them to fix a issue that is potentially caused by them.
Any information would be useful

Maybe your IP changed and your work end is blocking you or test with the hub in modem mode.

Have a search on here for VPN and Web Safe - might just need something allowing in your My Virgin settings.
