VPN Hub3 again

I've been using a VPN with no issues for the last 12 months . Now I can't connect to my office server for the last 7 days any ideas what VM have done? Or what I can do? Have used an ethernet cable into the hub with no joy. 

Tech support was useless

See if it works with the hub in modem mode.

I want VM to fix the problem.

I had no VPN issues until last Tuesday.

I understand it is a common issue with this Hub- I don't understand given that somany people are working from home, that VM don't have a solution other than make you hub a modem and the get another router?

If you're using the Hub 1 then it might have gone past its sell-by date, login to your Hub in router mode http://192.168.0.1/  and copy and paste your upload and download files and config file, there might be something there that explains what's gone wrong.

Hi Gary I am also having VNP Hub3 issues. 

Forgive my question, but how can I use the Hub3 in "modem mode"? I believe I need to change the settings?
