I have VM 1G and I use a Sky Stream Puck for TV connected via ethernet. It has worked fine since it was installed 6 months ago.
This morning the Sky Stream puck will not connect to the internet. It connects to the router but states no internet.
All other devices - Apple TV, Computers and phones - can connect via ethernet or WiFi.
Don't know if it is a SKY problem or a Virgin problem. However there are many posts on the Sky Community board about this problem this morning affecting Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream and the common factor is it is only Virgin Broadband customers that are affected since last night.

If the Sky gear is set to use a Public DNS does that get it re-connected ?
Try Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 or OpenDNS 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220

Sky Stream Puck now connected to internet OK didn't need to change anything but will note your suggestion for the future.
Not sure if it was a VM network problem or SKY problem hardware problem.
