VM connect app WiFi issues

On our wavelength

Just renewed and got a volt package the mentioned I could get free WiFi boosters of I used the VM connect app problem is there is zero WiFi signal in parts of the house so when I use the app in these places I get below 


 how do I go about getting boasters ? 

Also was told BB would be 350mb when I check contact says 200mb 😞

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
