So I’ve been having a few issues with virgin since I set up a few months ago, to the point I’ve had three hubs. But slowly everything is working fine, apart from a small minor annoyance. On the van connect app, it shows both the old broken hub and the new working one. Anyone has an idea of a way of getting this removed as cs aren’t helpful and just keep telling me to delete the app which I’ve done so many times. Just annoying as I have 3 living rooms set up due to old devices somehow showing as connected.

Personally this is nothing to worry about and it will just update it time, have you sent all the olds hubs back?
Next time there is a software update it will most likely flesh it out it won't be on there for much longer. Cheers
