VM Issues with CyberGhost VPN

Hi everyone,

I've been with Virgin Media for years. Usually have pretty good broadband service.

I've recently signed up to CyberGhost VPN. My issue is that it appears to be difficult to maintain a connection when connected to the home wi-fi. I don't appear to have issues when using 4G or using other wi-fi networks. The issues are similar on my iPhone XS Max and iPad Air 2. 

I have swapped CG servers but the problem persists, with slow connection (in comparison to 4G and other wi-fi networks).

If anyone has any similar experience or knowledge to help, it would be gratefully received.

I understood there would be a slower internet connection, but didn't expect the continued issues I've been having. Is this just a VM issue?

Oh and I'm using a Superhub 3 by the way.

How did you enable the Hub3 so you can connect to CyberGhost? I can't connect since joining Virgin on my Fire TV and Mobile.
