VM Hub no longer showing 5G

My VM Hub 3.0 has for 2 years had a 2G and 5G signal without problem. All of a sudden a 5Ghz signal is not available to any of my devices, only 2G.

Steps I have tried that haven't worked:
- Switching off 'channel optimisation'
- Factory reset (3 times)

I really need the faster 5Ghz connection to do my work from home so would really hoping to get this fixed.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Re: VM Hub no longer showing 5G

Have you split the bands by naming the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz to something different?

Re: VM Hub no longer showing 5G

They already had unique names, but for whatever reason renaming 5G to something new fixed the problem! Thank you!

Re: VM Hub no longer showing 5G

When you factory reset the Hub3 it would have reverted to having one SSID - when you rem=named them that reappeared as distinct SSID's.
